Rules and Regulations.
1.Buyers must mail payment with 5 business days of original purchase
date.
2.All broken bats must be mailed back to the main office with confirmed
tracking number. (it is buyers responsibility to mail broken bats)
3.Any bat that shows any mistreatment other than normal use will be voided.
4.Bats are NOT to be used in any batting cages that use plastic or rubber
dimpled balls. Any evidence will also void your warranty.
5.Customers will only receive ONE replacement bat.
6.Replacement bats will be exchanged for the same original bat that was
purchased. The bats will be the same size, model, color of original purchase.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
7.Once your registration has been completed you will receive a registration
number. This number will be used to redeem your warranty in the event
that you must exercise your replacement option.
8.Any information that is *required to be filled out that is left blank
will void warranty. Please make sure all required fields are properly
and completely filled out…
Return Policy:
All returns are processed within 48 hour of us receiving them. Return shipping
charges are the customer’s obligation unless the product was shipped
wrong due to our error. If we made a shipping error, please [contact
us]. We will have a carrier come over to your residence or business to
pick up the product we sent in error, and we will immediately overnight
the correct item to you.
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal at Dragon Sports USA.
There is no time frame that unused items in their original condition may
be returned for exchange or refund. All Returns must be approved by our
main office. Please contact us for your RMA number. When sending an item
back, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for
your protection, please insure all returns, and use some type of tracing
service to confirm your product being shipped correctly.
